General Manager

We are currently recruiting for an General Manager to join the Management Team at Nutwood Pubs.

The ideal candidate must show on application a proven track record in leadership and with the ability to develop a team, promote and deliver excellent customer care.

Essential Criteria
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment
Experience in a management position
Experience of all management systems including recruitment, training and appraising staff
Proven ability to lead a successful team
Excellent Customer Care skills
Excellent I.T Skills
Proven track record in managing payroll and budgets.
A self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will be fully flexible to work days, evenings and weekend shifts.

The salary for this position is up to £34,000.00 per annum

Front of House Team Member

We are looking for experienced team members, to work front of house in both of our pubs. All front of house team members will need to work on both the bar and waiting tables.

It would be an advantage to be available for shifts both midweek and at the weekends.

Essential Criteria

Over 18 years old

Excellent customer care and confidence when speaking with customers

Experience in hospitality

Basic IT skills

Multitasking

Team player

Good rates of pay and staff perks
